Grant Hunt is an experienced Chief People Officer with a strong strategic background.

With 20 years of experience in the Finance industry, Grant has a network across enabling functions.

In his prior role, Grant successfully executed outsourcing agreements in two different countries, demonstrating a keen understanding of the company's requirements. He understands the need to reduce operational costs while ensuring the essential support required for the effective execution of the company's business strategy.

Grant is South African by birth but has spent most of his career in London.

Krystyna Blonski has extensive experience in South African employment law and strong connections with South African recruiters. Her 12+ years of experience reflect in successful leadership of innovation programmes, emphasising trust-building within teams and client relations. This insight enables her to craft top-tier strategies for trust-building and advocacy.
